What a beautiful tree is was. I still look for it when I come into kindy, and feel sad when Ii see just the stump. My kids are still talking about it as well and how much they miss it.
Wow, it's so interesting to see how much the place has changed over the decades. The tree was the constant. Nature is a beautiful and powerful thing. There's an amazing spirituality in the connection we feel with special natural places and trees like ours.
