Tent city
The fabulous weather we have been experiencing inspired an interest in camping. The boys decided that the blue tent was a boys tent and proceeded to fill it with ladders and tyres ... all the things that they might need. In the meantime the girls decided they wanted a tent too .. so it was time to erect a tent (old sail) for the girls. It was just fabulous with so much space. The boys, on discovering this decided that the girls tent was better because it was bigger. It was then that they came up with a solution, "We could share the tents." And so it was that the tents were shared. Long may this fabulous weather last.

Just imagine how much fun we will all have under the tents if it continues to rain like it did this morning. We may need to start toasting mashmellows again. Its wonderful that BDK offers our children a true camping experience based on their own interests.
ReplyDeleteNathan was so wrapped to go camping at Kindy. Nathan was so pleased to share is passion for camping and told me he was pretending he was in Kuaotunu (where we camp a Christmas). The only thing missing was his birthday!!!
